I believe he means that his app crashed, when he went back onto the application and selected ‘live’ he was asked to ‘sign in with a live subscription’ when he already had one.
I’ve had this happen a few times!
It’s not uncommon to periodically need to log back in.

@Faris_Syahmi this actually happened to me earlier today. I changed my password a couple of days ago and forgot to change it on my google play. So when it was time for the subscription renewal I got that screen.
After I changed it everything’s back to normal.
There is no issue guys. @Faris_Syahmi is simply explaining how he controlled at TNCM today and flew as KLM 418. Not every topic is an issue report.
Look at my previous replies on “Heavy traffic in Carribean region today” and you will see I said the exact same thing. I have no Idea whats going on…
He might have referred to the ‘plan’ being a month sub which has just ended.
