Since in the update to the global mode the south america will not have regions covered in hd, could at least open is excessive for South America sobre a livery da GOL.

For even though it does not have HD regions in South America for now, this will not prevent IF users from flying in those regions anyway. But like you said, these liveries would be a way to make up for ourselves.
