Gmail ID linking issue

Device:Iphone 15 and iPad Air gen 5
Operating system:26.1

I am facing issue where my id was linked to a gmail account however it got changed to attached screenshot but my subscription shows up with my Apple ID whenever which is same registered as gmail account. Need help clear the issue as i am using this for long time and don’t wanna lose my progression.
