Global Server Issue & Basic Data Not Installed

Hi, my name’s Miguel and I live in brazil, São Paulo.
I’ve got a problem with the IF
When I play, when I enter in game
In the beginning,When I start the game, a message shows up on the screen saying that I haven’t installed the basic data content and asks me to check the internet connection, but… there was no problem with my wi-fi.
When I used my 4g (internet) I could start the game and install some Airplanes that had bought.
I choose the plane and I choose the airport
(Those airports that are in the green rectangular for example the area of the L.A and San Diego)
After all this, I wait in the load screen and this appears on the screen. 👇👇👇👇👇

I restarted my cell phone
I uninstalled several times
And the problem didn’t disappear.

Do you have enough storage on your phone? I see the global Server is red.

Edit: I don’t why your hud and stats bar are visible on the loading screen. Hopefully someone will be here soon to further assist.

Never seen this before. I think it’s best a moderator or staff member takes a look at this.

@Miguel_Silva Okay so after looking at the systems status’ in the upper right corner it appears that you are definitely experiencing connection issues. Now can you do a few things for us?

  • Close IF completely (make sure it’s not running in the background either)
  • Go to your router and reset it
  • Wait a few minutes for your router to boot up and connect to your internet service provider
  • Relaunch Infinite Flight and tell us what happens

Okay, there may be an issue on your internet service providers end. I’m guessing you are in Brazil. We’ve seen this from time to time. Could you check with them and have them see if there are any issues on their end? Explain the situation you are having here to them.

Ok, yes I’m in Brazil and unfortunately this it isn’t possible to call my internet providor.

Hey Miguel,

Looks you are using Android. So try this:

  • Open Settings
  • Go to Apps & Notifications
  • Go to Apps Info
  • Find IF
  • Click in Force Stop
  • Set your device in Airplane Mode
  • Enable only the Wifi
  • Open IF again

By the way, which operator are you using? Vivo, TIM or NET?

Like I said before.
And at home we use NET

And I don’t want the global signature I wanted to buy but with this issues will impossible.

Hi, I’m back
And I called and they said to me that everything normal and I agree it’s normal cause only in the game that you have this problem.
Summarizing everything
I can’t start the game through the wifi only in 4g
And in 4g the global service it’s green API service green too
But doesn’t disappear the loading screen
I’m sad for this.

Maybe your router has some ports blocked? Another option might be using a VPN?
