Actually, I think it may be a rendering issue with your device. Here’s my own screenshot:

Basically, the cargo tractor didn’t load in yours, but the containers are supposed to be on it. Maybe try resetting your cache or spawning in again?

This is probably due to your 3D Object Density being set to medium or low. The loader should appear when the Object Density is set to high in the settings menu.
