Considering your parking brakes are off, your pushback tug might still be attached to your aircraft. If it is, the engines will not provide any power even when the throttle is at 100%. Has happened to me quite a few times.
I am quite certain my tug was disconnected but I can’t confirm this on replays. Thanks anyways!
