When ever I take off runway 15r at KBOS my plane veers to the right during my takeoff. It isn’t wind because this happens all the time on this runway at this airport. And, it’s only on this runway at KBOS. This just happened right now when i took off with my E190 and this also happened before in my 737.
The runway wouldnt cause this behavior. Even a 2-3kt cross wind is enough to make you require some rudder.
Try turning off auto coordination in the settings. It may help you on the ground.
Maybe you need to add more rudder
But it only occurs on this runway and this is not the first time. It’s been twice only on that runway
Can you do a screen recording of the takeoff for us to see your HUD?
I took off from that runway now and it worked normally. Maybe it is just wind, so for now it is ok but if I encounter this again i’m going to let you guys know because this did happen twice and it wasn’t just a crosswind. The plane just turned right very sharply and I was applying left rudder. Thanks, for now
It doesnt take a lot of wind to make a difference and the angle can make a light wind feel greater.
On solo I was able to take off fine with 0 wind on the full length of the runway. Slowing adding wind causes the need for rudder.
Something is also to be said that the E190 is a very old model and may not be as accurate as some of the others.
