The drag and vector tool should continue to not be made availble to send commands as Tower, but it would be nice if Tower could use the distance, minutes, and heading measurements provided by drag and vector to more accurately judge spacing.
Give Tower the same tool Radar has without giving them an option to use it to send any commands.
Definitely a good idea especially when planes are arriving by groups and you need to give some 360 (or not) and this tool can play a big role in choosing what is the best option.
