I was ghosted by the O’hare Aproach ATC for no reason, and was wondering if you guys could review it or remove it.
Hello, Have a look at this to find out the reason you were ghosted and by who, after you have found out, contact the controller through a PM.
Starting with version 18.1, you can now see violations and ghostings in your logbook.
Launch Infinite Flight
Make sure you are logged in.
Press on “Logbook”

Select Live Flights from the bar on the left

Scroll down and you will see violation or ghosts in the notes field.
Select the row which has your violation/ghost

Select the “View Flight Details” button at the bottom of the screen.

As of late, Staff and Moderators have seen a massive increase in messages to dispute violations or ask that they’re removed. Unlike ATC reports (ghosting), violations are not subjective. Violations are in place to enforce very basic rules such as speed and serve as a good incentive to be attentive throughout critical phases of your flight (takeoff, descent, etc).
Moving forward please do not contact Staff or the Moderating team to request that violations be removed.

If you feel that you do need to file a complaint, contact @Tyler_Shelton , he will be able to help you out. However please keep in mind that if it is your fault, the ghosting will not be removed.
