I was inbound to OMAA with OMAA Approach directing me to 31L (please note the Approach frequency kept going in and out) once lined up for the ILS 31L switched to OMAA tower - was then informed by ATC I was headed for the wrong runway - then ghosted with hardly any time to adjust runways or preform a “missed approach” 🤦🏻♂️
What can be done if anything?

Umm we have tags that tell us what RW the Approach controller cleared you for. I saw it and gave u a warning. After that i waited but u still continued and Prashant(approach) told me u were assigned for 31R too so it was a long time and i had already given you a warning hence had to ghost you.
