Ghosted at EGGF and I don’t know why

I would like to know why I was Ghosted at EDDF. I was following ATC directions to turn to 010 hud and I was turning it is Cirrus. That is why it took so long to turn. Then I here “NCSVA001 Follow directions or else you will be ghosted!” I was yelling WHAT DID I DO!! So then I got Ghosted.

Please help me.
I need to be grade 3.
