How long will take after ghosted…to restore old grade?

As @CrisYe said although if you max out the number of allowed ghosting for your old grade then it can take up to 1 or even 2 years (at the extreme).

Yes,if you get more than 5 or 10, you need maybe 1 year or 2 year
Support is only meant for game-related issues. This is not an issue with the game.
