So there I replied More as the LNAV and VNAV were connected there was no time to turn off the LNAV I thought it would be the same procedure as the Approach Letter I used so I left it on when you told me to go to 240 there was no time as I avia said so i gave it a standby i kept switching off the LNAV but there would be no more because it was already aligned in the Flight Plan so reaching the final you told me Please Follow Instructions so i continued put the VNAV there at 5,700 so it didn’t go down the way i did so I wanted to turn it off and go down to 5,000 to not take the Report so you sent me the Cleared For ILS Aproch 09L descent keep 5,000 Turn Left 120 there I replied again LNAV still on I had to turn it off again and started to turn for a matter of time I could have kept up 5,000 or even you could have sent me go around or I could have done it later I turned around arriving at Proá 176 I left 140 Kts to turn faster as possible and then when you could have waited a little longer now you see that you didn’t need a Ghost Violation level 3 I would like to call the Moderator to end this case because I have scheduled events I don’t want to have the opportunity to lose I understand I missed Tam well I confirm this but I don’t see the need to send me a Ghost when I was lining up there was no traffic or anything that would interfere there you didn’t have the patience to wait for me to turn around simply you reported me so I want to call a Moderator I know you were right but there was a mistake of mine that was being corrected in time before the final thank you …
