hello! i’m getting Reported by ATC today on VABB Airport because i’m taxiing at the grass. but the facts the map doesn’t downloaded 100% i can’t see the runway, and i can’t see the taxiway and everything but i’m getting reported. please kindly for all ATC don’t report someone taxiing on grass or somth because some user experience like this (the map doesnt download properly) i’m Etihad 204 by username ibnuapd on VABB getting reported by @Jose_Oscana. can he/she getting reported too?
Hello and welcome back to the community. If you feel the violation was not justified and wish to appeal it, please check out this topic : Procedures for Appealing Violations and Providing ATC Feedback on how to appeal violations. Also in the future, rather than creating a post, it would be more beneficial to contact the controller directly to discuss matters. They can’t remove violations but can give you a better understanding why the violation was issued.

I’ll just add on -
We have no way of knowing that your scenery has failed to load properly, so from the controller’s perspective you were appearing to just taxi across the grass, which we will report for.
In the future - it wouldn’t be a bad idea to clear the scenery cache (found at the bottom of Infinite Flight’s General settings) - before most flights to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

like i’m taxiing on my way to the gate after i’m going around the runway already saw but when i’m going touch down suddenly they goes blanks out :D. and i check the maps the ground maps doesnt came up at the maps. so idk what place should i taxiing :’) atleast i already exit the runway :)

yes thankyou. i met you yesterday too on Expert Server, he ask me to go around the sceneryare downloaded so well but after i’m going around and back to descend to runway suddenly the scenery goes blanks out and even the ground maps doesnt downloaded. atleast i alreadu exit the runway.

And that’s entirely possible. Some users do not accept them. Then the best course of action, should you like to appeal, would be to contact the appeals team and they will handle that process from there.
