Excuse me I have made a conversation about this multiple times that ever time I fly long haul or short flights the game kicks me out of the flight and send me to the home screen, and then I have to restart my game and flight, The Infinite flight community said that “every time you are about to fly switch of the device and switch it back on thus your game won’t kick you out” I have done this method multiple time and it still didn’t work pls send help and I a losing money on this game SORRY IF I HAVE SAID SOMETHING NEGATIVE SORRY ONCE AGAIN.

Were you doing anything right before it sent you to the home screen? Changing camera views? etc?
What device are you on?
This typically means that the operating system killed Infinite Flight. Usually because it is bumping up to resource restraints. As linked above, iOS devices have a known issue with the iOS operating system and a memory leak causing the system to be more sensitive to resource utilization.

I don’t think anyone ever said it would never kick you out of the sim. There are multiple issues related to the sim crashing unexpectedly. The best thing to do is to try the suggestions above and hope that they work.
A few of them:
- Ensure a good internet connection
- Clear scenery cache before staring a flight
- Make sure you have enough data on the device
- Soft or hard restart of the device before any flight
It does suck after this happens on a long haul flight or any flight to be honest. But this is all we can do for now. Hope this helps! 😄

It still doesn’t work I flew 4 hrs and I got kicked of unexpectedly, but before getting kicked out the game froze and then kicked me out. O hate this I am never buying the PRO subscription 😐 SORRY.

Nowhere does it says that the crashes won’t happen. But it minimizes the risk of it occurring.
May i ask exactly what device you have and what graphics settings + airplane count you have?

I wish they’d just get this sorted.
All my settings are down when needed. I’ve done 10hrs of flying today and IF just crashed whilst pushing back from a gate. Its incredibly unpredictable and the app is just randomly freezing e.g. when I’m discovering the map for airports and zooming in.
