I accidentally deleted Infinite Flight from my phone and when I downloaded it again none of my replays or flights in my logbook showed up, I didn’t have Pro but I’d like my data back. Is there anyway to get the date back? Thanks!

Unfortunately not. Both of those things are locally stored within the app.
Deleting the app will therefore also delete your Solo logbook + replays.

For the next time I recommend saving the files into iCloud or Google Drive if there is a need to reinstall Infinite Flight.
