Hi IFC, I’m doing some ATC

Ok. I will stop by :)

Feedback from 9V-SUM:

  1. NOT to choose a Really foggy airport

  2. You should use sequence cause there are 3 planes

  3. No need to make unnecessary reports such as enter xx downwind or turn crosswind/base

  4. Too late clearance.

  5. Ground is great 😊

  6. Takeoff clearance is not bad

Conclusion: not bad actually, but suggest you to read ATC manual first

Hi, would you like to practice anything in particular? For example, transitions, wrong runway alignment, etc.

Umm. I think you better give him some simple things such as sequence and clearance:)

Speaking of sequence, I am yet to receive any sequencing considering that there are more than one aircraft in the pattern. Kindly give me a sequence so that I’m aware of the current traffic in pattern.

I was G-PAPA and I hadn’t that much time, unfortunately. The LUAW and T/O command were great, my sequencing was given way too late, the late landing clearance was okay. I didn’t flew on the correct pattern altitude. In the end as I was really close to the traffic ahead (2NM) you could tell me to extend downwind. The exit runway commend was great as well.

Hey! First off, thanks for the patterns!
Regarding your performance I think it’s pretty good but there’s some parts that needs to be fixed.

To fix:

  • Sequencing should be given when you are able to confirm the aircraft’s arrival time based on the current traffic order. Some of the sequences issued to me were rather late.
  • Clearances for touchdowns/touchngo(s) could have been given earlier, but this isn’t exactly a big deal since you can issue them anytime as long as they have yet to cross the runway threshold.
  • Unnecessary speed/pattern instructions, you should trust pilots more.

Goods

  • Great timing on issuing the runway exit command!
  • Great initiative on the hold short command!

I think you have a lot of potential and you’re sure to be able to join IFATC someday if you keep on the performance and remember the points mentioned above, cheers!

Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m going to practice the sequencing and I’m going to trust the pilots more but I had bad experience with some pilots
