It’s the QNH and I guess it’s set to “standard” as we can’t set it otherwise

Yeah the baro is usually set to standard once you pass transition level like in US it’s 18000 feet I think

Standard means 29.92" which we set in a standard pressure region (Example is the airspace above FL180 in the US and southern Canada). Since we can’t set our altimeter based on air pressure in infinite flight, it’s always set to standard atmosphere. :)
