I saw many similar topics in regards of Airport not loading fully. If this happens, perform a go around and clear the scenery cache. It’s the only possible solution for now. (I think)
It will be fixed some time as this shouldn’t really happen after v19.2

Try these steps in order, it will probably be loaded once your back in.

Go into Settings > general > Clear Scenery Cache.

Restart your app fully.

Reinstall your app… This WILL PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL YOUR REPLAYS.
If this is an oncoming issue contact a staff or a mod.

I just restarted the app like went out and went back in and the airport was perfect again
