I was going to ask even though I’m not tl2 yet is it possible when you reach tl2 to make a VA which only has generic livery’s?

Hello, yes it is possible a few airlines have started this way and ended up having liveries later on

In order to create any type of virtual airline or virtual organization, you need to be TL2. It doesn’t matter what airline/livery’s you use.
However, if you are TL2, you can create a VA/VO and use generic livery’s. If you want to apply for an IRL airline, you need to check here to see if the airline is taken.

Once you reach TL2, you will then become eligible to create, join, or apply for a VA/VO that is approved by the IFVARB. Per the IFVARB guidelines, you may create a VA/VO through their application process. You can learn more via this link.
