Game Is totally unplayable!
I’ll try the other planes, but the Cessna is definitely unplayable because it doesn’t hold a course but oscillates around it like a drunken lunatic.
Nav, HDG, Direct To, or Flight Plan make no difference.
Even worse, it stalls inexplicably at every maneuver.

Do you mind sharing some information? If you have screenshots of your flight that would be helpful too. Are you using the tilt controls or the joystick? Also, I’ve got a great tutorial below, if you haven’t checked it out before, it’s worth a read/watch!
What Cessna are you talking about? C172 or C208? Stalling out of nowhere means you’re flying too slow.
I understand that there may be difficulties. However, it is difficult for everyone at first, and practice will help you operate various aircraft types. I also have an embarrassing memory of changing direction using the rudder because I didn’t even know how to tilt the plane at first.

What are talking about? It is NOT my fault or lack of experience but a REAL issue of how the 172 beahave in this particular version of the game.

@Petre2026 already tried to help you by asking you for more information so we could determine what the real cause is.
I don’t know where you are from, but where I am from, people treat each other respectfully and ask for advice and then first read, comprehend and then evaluate.
If then things are still unclear or more questions come up, one can talk and discuss about.
But you come inside here, first post, state the game would be unplayable (while thousands of others are flying here regularly) and when someone offers help, by asking for more information to evaluate better what you are talking about, you are like in a rage, only repeating the game is unplayable and it would not be your fault and you would be so experienced…
That’s not the way it goes. People won’t feel like helping, with such an attitude.
You already excluded the possibility, that the issue is on your side and I just tried the C172 without any issues, although I don’t fly that plane very often. I was also about to make a replay file, but I kind of feel like now, you wouldn’t even watch it.
The way you step up here, blaming the game and not even being interested in help from other people, looks for me like you are either a young kid, or you are just trolling, or from another flightsim company who don’t like the vast improvement of Infinite Flight.
But this is not the way to enter a community or how to ask for help.
Maybe you try again and start being a little more friendly and respectful and then many experienced people- even real life pilots- will like to help you.

I can tell you from my experience flying real world 172s that the 172 in game behaves remarkably similar. Obviously it’s a sim, so there’s a difference, but it’s very much the same in most ways. In this case, I’m guessing you hadn’t calibrated your device properly? If you hit the menu button and then the calibration button on the bottom left side, it will set your current device position back to zero, and controlling your aircraft will be easier.
I also agree with @Sturmovik, if you have a video of what’s happening, that would be incredibly helpful!
I just made a short traffic pattern with the C172 and also included 2 autopilot waypoints and went with NAV and there where no oscillations, neither vertical nor horizontally.
By the way: my landing there in the Flight Debrief is -10 fpm. But 1,64G seem quite high. Is that a reasonable number?
I’m actually not sure. You’d think a low fpm would mean a low G, but I’ve also noticed that not being a direct relationship. It would have to be a dev who explains what the difference between the two are and how they are calculated.
Time to put a baja truck suspension on the 172
It seems the main cause is the lack of dampers in the suspension to reduce shock.
