Well guys, as I was climbing out of Sacramento, out of no where, the game decides to crash 🤷🏾‍♂️ Which means that I have to delete part 69 and what would have been part 70 of my “FWG” series. Infinite flight, I don’t know what’s going on, but it needs to be fixed. I now have to rearrange my flight schedule 🤦🏾‍♂️Also, when I redo part 69, I have to hear those jokes again 🤬😂

First this should be in #support and second there’s nothing you can do to stop crashes except limit your settings by putting stuff on medium or low and clearing your cache space and replay files, and make sure there is nothing else opened on your device. Hope that helps a bit!

I believe it’s something wrong with IF. I’m not the only that this has happened to today. Also, I haven’t had an app crash while in flight since I’ve had the app

Did you do anything specific for the app crash to occur and if so can you reproduce the issue consistently?

I would imagine so but also has to do mainly with the device at hand newer devices definitely have better odds at not crashing and also doing things that I said above.

Hey gordon, it would be useful to know more about the crash and maybe about the device your using. However, game crashes are a known issue since the hot fix so it might be directly related to that:)

Just also on another note… Having a singular crash doesn’t immediately mean something “needs to be fixed”. Crashes can occur randomly for a monumental variety of reasons, whether it be the app or the device that is at fault.

The more information you are able to provide, the better people can assist you in fixing the issue. Device and software version are an excellent space to start, and also if you have had this happen previously/ if you did anything different that might have caused a crash.

Totally agree with Kirito, it might just be a one time thing. I’ve only had one crash in infinite flight, it just happens sometimes unfortunately. If your worried keep good storage spacing, delete replays, keep settings to minimal and optimise the low battery mode to reduce overheating which might be a factor to a game crash. My advice is to treat this as a one time thing but if it does happen again then it will be thought to be an issue. Have a good day/ night Gordon and i hope the crash never occurs again:D

Well, since the hot fix, I haven’t had any problems. A little glitch here and there but nothing significant. Also, I have an iPhone XS MAX. There’s no way it’s “too old” already 😂

Well the reason I said something “needs to be fixed” is because I had seen other people speak on this issue not long before i spawned in for my flight.

Then if it was little glitch it must be a shame but you gotta leave it in the past and try move on. It may have caused inconvenience but nothing you can do i guess:(
