Did you buy the app with the same account you are trying to sign in with?

First make sure you’re using the correct account like @TheFlyingPancake said. Then restart IF and you’re device. After that if it is still not working, contact one of the moderators. Good luck :)

In order to better assist you we recommend that you do the following:

  • Delete/Uninstall the app from your device

  • Restart your device

  • Re-install the app

  • Login with the correct credentials to access your Live account.
