Do some planes run out of fuel faster than others? I have recently been flying the F-22, and it runs out of fuel pretty quickly compared to other aircraft I’ve flown.
Yes, the fuel burn on aircraft in the sim are mostly related or estimated to the fuel burn in real life. Aircraft like the ERJ aren’t though since they need a rework. The F22 wasn’t designed to go long distance either so that explains it.

Fighters do indeed burn a lot of fuel. The F-22 is quite efficient as compared to others I should note. It has a supercruise capability that should carry it 1000NM give or take 200 depending on wind.
