On at least my last two flights I’ve noticed that fuel use remains at zero despite fuel flowing or that fuel remaining resets to the original loaded volume mid-flight.
Not the world’s largest issue, but it does make step climbing and planning an approach a bit of an adventure. Will follow up after updating to 18.2.1 to see if that resolves the issue.

Software update does not appear to have made a difference. By best approximation, the issue appears to be an extension of what was covered in this thread: "Fuel Used" On the UI display does not work on Some Aircrafts
I did use Simbrief, but had preloaded more fuel than was then “reloaded” by the Simbrief import and the issue did not appear until ~90 minutes into my most recent flight.
Only one data point so far, but the workaround for this may be to load the Simbrief flight plan and then adjust fuel upward slightly manually.
If confirmed as a solution and not overly complicated to implement, it may be helpful to add a temporary pop up with that instruction for users that import their flight plans from Simbrief.
I have done this and it works for me since months now. I always add like 30 Minutes or 1 Hour Extra Fuel.
