When fuel is at a minimum, a command should appear at the bottom of the list that says “emergency.” You can use this to inform ATC of your situation.

I believe you need to have 1% fuel left and must have been flying for at least an hour before the fuel low ATC options appear for use

I’ve seen this a lot on the Expert Server lately. As mentioned above, an option should appear in ATC list but it should never come to that🤷‍♂️
