When i am done with my flight I always check how much fuel i have hused, however for the past 3 flights I have done it simply displays as 0KG. Does anyone have the similar issue or a solution?
Yeah I had the same problem. I thought it was fixed after the last hot fix, but apparently some5ing has gone wrong again.
Hopefully it gets fixed with the next update.

Did you happen to use Simbrief for the flight plan and aircraft load?
There’s a known issue where If Fuel via Simbrief > Initially loaded fuel , Fuel Used will only start increasing once Fuel Remaining < Initially loaded fuel

Yes I always use simbrief. A solution to that would maybe be just to change the fuel manually.
