Pictures say it all
Those poor helicopters, buried in the snow. How though? Was a hangar door left open overnight or sometjing?
You call it snow, the Army and the rest of the world calls fire retardant foam system going off lol And a poor PV2 is going have to clean it up lol
I was just about to ask, “How did all of that snow get in there?” Foam retardant makes a lot more sense 😂
Oh haha, I thought it was some kind of sea foam at first but 🤷♂️
It’s August… Not December lol
haha! Wainwright is Land lock in the middle of Alaska lol
I know 😂 that’s why I was really confused haha
So what exactly do they do in this situation? Let it “melt?” What happens?
The foam will settle down after they’ll clean the entire hangar out and clean aircraft lol
Ah. Makes sense :) thanks for the info!
Welcome! I never deal with it so I am not 100% sure lol
I’d feel bad for the poor souls who have to clean this up. Like this Topic to pay your respects to the clean up crew.
Some private sitting there cleaning talking to himself:
“Join the Army they say, go do cool Apachie crap they say,”
I mean, they could just use a spoon and eat it all up (and maybe die from chemicals) but hey, its foamy.
Oh dear somethings gone wrong. I totally thought it was snow until you said so.
Oh no that’s not good 😂
Some private pull the lever thinking it was a Oh 💩 handle?
🤦♂️ this is why we can’t have nice things.
That seems fun honestly. The soft foam, getting to push it around, etc.
Oh snap, is that one of those fire prevention systems that filled the whole hangar with foam? What is the plan to get it out? 😂
Look on the bright side, at least they know the system works 🙂
Millions of dollars are now lost.
