Frontier Announces Service To Fort Lauderdale & Aguadilla

Frontier Airlines has officially announced service to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The airline had served FLL back in 2018, but they removed it from their system. After freeing up some planes from airport like Newark and Washington, which they removed from their network a few weeks ago.

With this announcement, they have also announced more flights to Cancun, San Juan, and Aguadilla.

Frontier airlines also said with this statement,

Love to see this route being added along with FLL. This is around the day when Viva AeroBus is bringing back the seasonal service to Cancun for the winter time on the weekend

Lots of routes from FLL. With Frontier having a ton of destinations from MIA, I wonder if this is in response to Spirit starting MIA. Frontier did fly to FLL before the pandemic, just not to as many places as they are now planning to.
