Route: Denver, CO (DEN) ----> Chicago, IL (ORD)
Now many will say I am 100% biased for Frontier Airlines and I will be the first to say…okay you’re right. But this review is completely honest and I will do my best to alienate myself from my past and look at this unbiased. Enjoy.
Review:
I arrived at the airport and went through security in under 3 minutes. I arrived at the gate and we boarded exactly on time. We entered the aircraft and all found seats and were ready to pushback 7 minutes early. However trouble struck. We were delayed for 30 minutes while the FAs and Captain and gate agent walked up and down the aircraft looking at an IPad. We found out from an announcement over the PA that someone had boarded without the correct boarding pass. Don’t ask me how that happened.
We pushbacked and tookoff almost exactly thirty minutes delayed but arrived 9 minutes early (original flight time was 2 hrs and 23 minutes but flight time was only 1 hr and 52 minutes p).
Rating: 9/10 (I give them a not 100% perfect score because of the delay and lack of order that allowed the mishap of someone boarding who hadn’t paid)
Suggestion: I highly highly recommend them for their dirt cheap prices, soft seats, prereclined positions, friendly staff, amazing flight deck crew, ontime arrivals, and care for their passengers.
Cons: Only con I had on that flight was the delay.

TBH Frontiers amazing. Thats why I made this for people to open up about bad service and what actually makes a good airline lmfao. I feel your pain :)

Frontier Airlins is the single best airline I’ve ever flown. I’m flyin them to LA and back in two weeks. I will be having a spotting thread and a trip report as well so keep an eye out for those.
But yes, I love the idea for for people to share their frustration here about FFT because, let’s face it, there are people who don’t like FFT.

It made me upset I agree. I couldn’t video takeoff and landing, but I had two windows halfway between seats so I did have an interesting view.

On the F9 A320 I had a perfectly aligned seat window.
Nope… it depends on seat leg room, if the seats are closer/farther they won’t be in line on most seats

Frontier is a spectacular and amazing and totally great and the best budget airline within the united states. @SkyHighGuys . But also this airline does not come with fancy luxury because as i stated this is a “budget airline” so you get what you pay for, you pay cheap you get cheap, but overall i love frontier and i am blessed to have them fly over here to miami.
