I just recently started doing a flight from Toronto to New York via Montreal and Halifax using the Air Canada ERJ175, however after landing at Montreal, I parked at a gate, connected Cargo, PAX and Catering services like I usually would, made my flight plan to Halifax however once I started disconnecting the services, my front cargo door stayed open even after reconnecting cargo and deconnecting it again which meant I couldn’t pushback.
Hey! This happend to me a while back and the only way for me atleast was go close the app and start over again.
try to pushback, it will give you the prompt that you cant. Then connect everything again, wait like 30 secs after connecting, and disconnect everything. Make sure your beacon light is off
That was pretty much the first thing I tried, unfortunately didn’t work. At first I actually didn’t noticed the cargo door open so when I tried to pushback I got the prompt and was confused as to why until I noticed the cargo was open which was when I tried to reconnect the cargo services and then disconnect them. I tried turning on and off my beacon lights too. Pretty much nothing worked and I ended my flight.
So once you pressed connect, did you wait at least a minute or two before disconnecting the ground equipment?
I even waited 5 minutes, didn’t work. Idk how common this bug is but I’ve been playing for years and never had this issue until now.
One thing I tried with a similar situation was the auto start. If none of the other options work try auto starting then shutting down the engines again and pushing back. If all else really fails then it’s just an app restart unfortunately.
