I really don’t know if they ship to UAE but there’s this shop called “theairplaneshop” and they sell cheap,high quality, and nice planes. The shop has a wide variety of aircraft and other collectibles. Hope this helps!
eBay is usually a good option, but most sellers will probably be from the US, Europe, or China
I just moved to UAE. I would use Ebay to find rarer aircraft or just any website seems fine.
