From the Sunset of San Francisco to the Icelandic Tundra

Icelandair 757-200 from San Francisco to Reykjavík-Keflavík airport in Iceland. Flight time was 8 hours 49 minutes. I started my approach at 5:45 AM before school, but I fell asleep for 30 minutes and overflew the airport by 150 miles.

At the gate next to an Emirates Cargo 777 and an Alaska A320
Takeoff out of SFO
Ascending over the Silicon Valley as the sun sets
The sun rises over eastern Canada
Flying over a snowy Greenland at flight level 340 Flying over the tundra of Iceland Approaching Keflavík with a 30 knot crosswind Not the smoothest touchdown but it was a windy morning
