From the Desert of Palm Springs to the Mountains of Monterey

With my subscription ending last week I’m looking fo fun GA routes to fly and this one definitely had some amazing views and scenery. I flew the Cirrus for the first time from Palm Springs to Monterey, PSP-MRY, flight time was 1 hour and 26 minutes, and in case you were wondering (which you definitely weren’t) it take 7 hours to drive between the airports. Note
If you want to fly any GA routes especially in mountainous areas, make sure to use SimBrief.com so you get a route that won’t take you straight into a mountain

Or, if the visibility permits, you could just fly VFR.
Great shots though, GA SoCal flying has always been one of my favorite things to do.

That’s a good point, but I wasn’t at the controls for the whole flight so I had to hope that SimBrief didn’t lead me into a mountain
