The local time is 0515. It’s early, the scooter I almost crashed. It is very weird driving in the other side of the road. But I made it. This is a beautiful little airport with this beautiful sunrise.
It’s empty. Just me, the pilots, and like 3 others, and a dog, don’t know why, but she was friendly and sat next to me. it was a Lab, the best type of dog
I made a friend here that caught my takeoff! It might have been @Jger’s cousin
As we ascended, it got a bit froggy out. These mountains are notorious for bringing down light aircraft. But today, there is almost no wind
We pass about 1000 feet above the Diablo Mountains! It was a little hairy, but the doggo in the plane kept most of us calm.
We pass the Mountains and I could immediately see downtown San Jose
After a short Base, with a little bump, we landed. The time is about 0610. The pilot in command really took to heart what the flight instructor said about how to land a Cessna.If someone says how, I’ll give you a cookie
As we park in the Domestic Apron, I have about 6 hours to get breakfast and planespot until my return flight to EWR on UAL1260!
