I would say pack full fuel but no passengers. Just climb slowly and don’t forget to step climb. Good luck 😉

The information I retrieved said: The 10,573-mile journey is expected to take 20 hours, 20 minutes at an average speed of 520 mph.

I would say about 80%

From EGLL to YSSY in an A380 requires a stop in either OMDB or WSSS. Although you can fly the Boeing 787-9 direct.

BA does this this route with the 777-300er with a stop in Singapore

The 777-200LR could make it :)

Hello and welcome to the community I hope you enjoy it here,

I would recommend checking out this PDF on fuel burns made my @DeerCrusher. From what it says the 3 that you should make it in are the following with the shortest range first and longest range last.

  1. Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner - 21:08
  2. Airbus A380 - 22:11
  3. Boeing 747-8 - 23:44

I hope this helps you make your decision.
