From 100,000 Feet - Lyngen Alps, Norway

Server: Solo

I had to do some heavy editing on this shot to bring it out. As y’all know, above 60° longitude there is no terrain. The Lyngen Alps is located north of this mark, and therefore is flat in-game. Northern Norway being dark a majority of the winter with minimal sun didn’t help. Click below to see the original shot.

Oh wow, those are some awesome mountains! The original photo, I don’t think I can say the same, but the edited one is great!

They’d be better if they weren’t flat :/

Nice shot/edit
Lyngen is a very nice area and a popular ski touring destination.
Hope to get terrain above 60° longtitude some time.

Thank you!

Nice! Never knew I needed to see a pic of looking down at mountains! It would be nice with some fog or clouds!

I agree, it would. Since the scenery in this area is flat, fog would cover the whole area rather than the low level valleys while keeping the peaks shown. You’ll see fog in the mountains in @AlphaSeven’s request.
