So this is for my friend not for me. Every time he opens the app it crashes. He has reinstalled the app and has restarted his device. It is also updated to 19.4.2. Still crashes.He has a Galaxy Tab E 2015

Update: App disappeared and won‘t show up in store
It could be the RAM also my old Ipod I used to grind infinite flight on but I am tuning in a newer iIphone 8 now and it’s smooth. My iPod is 2.5years old and smashed btw.
But I don‘t get why the app suddenly disappeared and won‘t show up in google play anymore

If it’s the EU model, it won’t go higher than Android 4.4. So the more relevant question here is how he got the app on that device to begin with?

And you’re sure it was 19.4.2 and not 16.3?
Yup. I asked him and he told me the app was on 19.4.2
Ask him to check what device model it is exactly. This can be done in the device settings and then “About” or similar. Mode number is what we’re after.
well could the RAM be any problem for the crashes and device memory and storage maybe the app took way to much storage or there is no more storage.
