Could you put more landings at 16R? everyone seems to be set for landing 16L, which is creating a huge backup

Hey, for suggestions like this, it would be best to dm the controller directly rather than making a post. If they don’t respond while controlling, they would be happy to receive the feedback when they finish :)

This was due to that 16L was being used by people of flying out of EGLL to OTHH
On behalf but not in replacement of the incredible team working hard at Doha right now: no.
With all due respect and appreciation of your patience, everyone is out of their holds and moving swiftly to arrival. Fly on solo mode if you have concerns with airspace being busy.

Our team is working as best as possible to bring you maximum efficient service. However, that is not sacrificed before the safety of every aircraft within the vicinity. My advice to you would be to relax and be patient. Runway configurations are not lenient for an airport such as Doha not designed to handle 200+ arrivals in minutes.
The team is hard at work, and as the dilution of the flow begins to diminish, more windows for departure will open up. I’d relocate the time into thanking our team covering OTHH all of this morning. :)
