Those are called TFRs. Better known as a Temporary Flight Restriction. They’re in place for the FNF.

It means you can not fly in between the airports in the circle. You can click on the specific circles to tell you where the entry fixes are for the specific airports.

Will do. I’m pretty sure that those circles will turn to red when they become active. Usually you’re able to click within the circled area and a description of the TFR will show like others have already mentioned. Check it once FNF ramps up.
