Hey everyone!

Join us for this week’s Friday Night Flight:
Military Appreciation At McGuire

For this week’s event, we head to the New York region to show our appreciation for the military, Infinite Flight style at McGuire AFB. Come out and show your appreciation in your favorite military aircraft. For this event, avoid KJFK. There will be no controllers for this field on the Expert Server so the smaller fields can get some attention and traffic.

NO PATTERN WORK AT FIELDS WITH ACTIVE ATC DURING FNF!
Follow all ATC instructions (when available).
Ghosting will be enforced.

Begin - Friday 03/10 @ 18:30 ZULU (10:30am PST)
End - Saturday 03/11 @ 10:30 ZULU (2:30am PST)

I love this idea. It’s very good to see our wonderful and brave men and women in the military being shown some respect and appreciation on Infinite Flight. Will do my best to come!

Anyone wanna come around 3-4 on casual and have some make-believe dog fights or do some formation flights?

This should be a great event and it may introduce some new pilots to the fighters/military aircraft. For those of you who are new to flying fighters, there are speed limitations of fighters while flying on the expert server. Trust me, it is easy to over speed…

  • Any airliner or fighter flying below FL400 is NOT to exceed 550 kts GS (Ground Speed)
  • Fighters can fly at any speed ABOVE FL400.

Would definitely help if there was autopilot on the fighters so people wouldn’t overspeed

Fly the A-10 it’s not a fast fighter but it’s got auto pilot and still enjoyable bird
