Frequently losing connection with live server

Hello,
For a while, I’ve been having an issue where my phone randomly disconnects from the live server and I’m unsure how to fix it. For example tonight I was flying on the expert server and I’d lose connection from the live server, it would come back and then disconnect within a few seconds before reconnecting for a few minutes. This time just as I was finishing lending, ATC disconnected me due to lack of communication (I never received a message). Could anyone please help me out with this? I’ve had the issue for probably a year or so and have not found a solution. The common restart phone, uninstall app, log out and so forth haven’t worked.

This sounds like a connection issue. Try using different WiFi networks and or cellular data.

Hello! Please try the following to resolve your connectivity issue:

Reboot your device

This should always be the first step to resolve any issue. Sometimes the server issue is temporary so waiting a short period of time and/or rebooting may help.

Switch between network types (WIFI/Cellular)

If you are on wifi, try cellular if you can. If you are on cellular, try a wifi connection and see if it is any different.

I am having problems as well with the live server i have not been. Able to play for 2 weeks already and also i did all the troubleshooting and still nothing

Also before it went out i was playing just fine with same wifi nothing has changed
