FPS performance hit after update to 24.4

I have noticed FPS hit since update to 24.4. I have S24+ and IF was working like a charm.

Now my fps are always changing, do quick drops and go back to 30 fps. When I turn camera in outside view, fos drops then go back. Notice some lags sometimes during Taxi.

Nothing change on my phone. 75% space, 6GB RAM available.

Seems I am not the only one in that situation. Is Dev Team aware of this situation ?
