Could be that Simbrief is under maintenance right now, or is down. May not necessarily be on the fpltoif side.

Think it is down. I have the same issue, Simbrief is working fine as I used that to get my flight plan.

ATM I can put in my details and the simbrief part works, but if the site should refresh to display the flightplan and the details it loads a bit of the bar but stops and stays
Edit: After waiting for a few minutes it also displays internal server error
