Usually when I’m on iPad, I can see all the topic options and when on iPhone, I don’t see all of them. I noticed now that I can see all topic options on my iPhone now! Is this a discourse update for mobile users?

Really? I didn’t know, I don’t use android.
There is a mobile and a PC view. The PC view defaults to all devices. Chances are you got switched, or there may be an update.
