Foreign Airlines Flying Over North Korean Airspace

I don’t understand, have they released tensions between each other and started allowing other airlines to fly over North Korean airspace??

You may notice the aircraft’s flight path being a dotted black line.
This, as far as I understand it, reports that the aircraft isn’t being tracked minute by minute, rather “guessed”, as it is flying over an area FR24, for whatever can’t control/track. You also see this with flights flying across the pond.

Airliners can, our company has sent our private aircraft over N.Korea airspace. Just need clearance they’re very nice folks.
