I am preparing to start an airline on the sim, but not sure how VAs actually recruit pilots. From what I know and how I got into actual vas, is via their website/via IFVARB va database. Still, the airline is a small real life one, and getting 500 pilots is not the point.
Am I even in the correct category?

Again, southwind is not well known like Airfrance and others
For pilots? Not really.
Some VAs have social media (e.g. Instagram) accounts but that’s more or less the extent of the advertising outside of Infinite Flight’s platforms.

It looks like they are extremely outdated requests, and are very old. I don’t think they’ll get any more up votes because of that.
Just keep commenting in those threads to bump them to the fresh threads. Even if the thread is old u can’t create a new one.
As long as you have like a link to sign up for the airline and receive pilots that what you have to do in order to get for the pilots the get to job.
