I was bored so I have invented a minigame:
The game consist of match a food that you have eaten with an airline of the same country of origin of the food.
Example: I have eaten a Frankfurt for lunch, Frankfurt is typical of Germany, so German airline: Lufthansa
Be respectful and have fun!!
KLM is a Dutch airline
But I’ll play along:
Food : chicken fillet roll, spice bag
Airlines: Aer Lingus, Ryanair
So I ate barbecue today
The name is from the carribean
Let’s go for Air Caraïbes and its amazing livery :)
Image from Air Caraïbes via Airbus
I ate a baked chicken today, the origin of this dish is also Germany. So I choose Condor.
The chicken was just like this airline. The bird is gone, but it was great while it lasted.
I ate ramen, so anyone up for a trip to the land of the rising sun?
I’d go Asian for lunch.
(“Uncle Chin’s Chicken Rice”, courtesy of Air Asia - last year).
I ate fried rice today, the origin of this dish is China. So my airline is China Airlines. Or Air China. Or China Eastern. Maybe China Southern. too many Chinese airlines
I had garlic noodles for lunch, a Vietnamese-American dish, so does that mean I’m Vietnam Airlines?
I had some good ol’ Wisconsin Cheese!
I will be Air Wisconsin!
I ate quinoa salad today.
Take the first letters —> QS
reverse of salad —> dalas—> Dallas
QS stands for “quantum satis” which is a Latin term meaning the amount which is is enough.
Smartwings is a low cost Czech airline whose IATA is QS
Hugh Dallas us a soccer referee and save a Czech player’s life. This was at the Toulon Tournament which is named after Maurice Revello.
Maurice Revello sadly passed on in 2016 at the age of 82. 2016 + 82 = 2098.
In 2098, the world’s population is forecasted to reach 10,832,420,339 which is enough (QS).
Googling that number brings a variety of results, most of them about Japan.
I had Challah today, so I’ll be El Al
I had a samosa for lunch, I’ll be Air India 🇮🇳!
I had waffles for dinner (don’t judge me), so that either means I’m Air Belgium or Air Canada.
I had fries and a hamburger. It’s July 4th. What airline do you expect😂😂😂
