I left Brize Norton on Sunday morning flying to Mactan-Cebu Airport (RPVM) in the Philippines, with a two hour stop at Prince Sultan Air Base (OEPS), Saudi Arabia to refuel and drop off cargo (this was a Global Air Forces task).
Since the flight time alone would amount to just over 15 hours, I decided to leave Brize fairly early (0730Z) so I wouldn’t have to stay up too late for landing. This meant the fog hadn’t lifted yet.
I recorded the takeoff and full climb to cruise, shortened by the addition of warp speed. Also includes sunrise.
