When i change the setting in solo mode it’s working but when in replay its not

I may be wrong but I don’t believe things like the weather are saved in the replay.
before update fog in replay was working
What is your altitude MSL? If you’re close to sea level, it works as normal on my end. However, going up a few thousand feet (for example, SBGR at 2500ft MSL), the fog glitches and disappears if visibility is set below 5km.
